Welcome to Chris VanderWeide Design Co, let me tell you a little about myself.
I’m an Interior Designer with an obsession for old homes. I love the character and quality that older homes were built with and my goal is to bring some of that character into our home. I love partnering with home owners to create a home they love that reflects their style and functions the way their family needs.
You can either find me either at the thrift store, homeschooling my three girls, or sketching a floor plan for a client.
I love hunting for vintage items to incorporate throughout our home. I believing mixing old and new items makes your home more cozy and inviting.
My husband and I have three daughters and have been homeschooling for 2 years now. I genuinely cherish this time I have with them laughing, crying, and learning together.
Sketching floor plans, creating mood boards, painting room layouts- Is my work and my hobby and there’s nothing else I’d rather do.
